January 2014 Member of the Month
January 21, 2014

The NCPC January, 2014 Member of the Month is Cliff Davies. Cliff’s work with the Community Action Partnership of Natrona County has made a deep impact on our community. His dedication to improving the lives of families in Natrona County fits perfectly with the Community Action Partnership of Natrona County’s mission, which is to  “collaborate with and strengthen low-income individuals and families in Natrona County to help them achieve economic and social stability, to build community, and to advocate for social and economic justice”.

When Cliff is not working tirelessly at the Community Action partnership, preparing for the upcoming Point In Time Count (counting the homeless in Natrona County), which takes place the 3rd week of January, and working on the Give-A-Hat drive (that collects hats, gloves, and scarves for low income and homeless individuals); Cliff is volunteering with the Natrona County Prevention Coalition to help prevent substance abuse and promote healthy and positive choices.

Cliff has participated with NCPC for many years. He is a great member to have. He attends monthly meetings, participates in the strategic planning that drives each year’s progress, and brings a welcomed humor to each topic we address.

When asked why he participates with NCPC Cliff responds “To change people’s lives, embody the spirit of hope, improve the community and make Natrona County and the state of Wyoming a better place to live. I care about the entire community, I am dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.” And we believe it shows.

Thank you, Cliff, for your unwavering dedication to our community and the people in our community. We are glad to have you as a part of NCPC and honored you are our January, 2014 Member of the Month.
