The Self Help Center violence prevention program has spread the word of non-violence to over 14,000 youth in the last 18 years. This has been done by providing one-to-one afterschool mentoring, small youth-social-skills groups, large-group domestic violence presentations, puppet shows, and camping. It has also provided hundreds of youth with outdoor camping experiences for the last 15 years. The program works with ages 3-18 to ensure a safe, non-violent future for the community of Casper.

Victor and the Self Help Center participate with NCPC because the mission of NCPC fits the mission of Self Help Center; to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault by providing safe and educational, afterschool programming.

Thank you, Victor, for your commitment to the youth in our community. We are glad to have you as a part of NCPC and thrilled to award you as the September 2014 Member of the Month.
