September Member of the Month
September 25, 2013

The September 2013 NCPC Member of The Month is Paul Fritzler. Paul has been an active and supportive member of the Natrona County Prevention Coalition for many years.

Paul participates in NCPC as a representative with the Department of Family Service, where he works as the District Manager of Natrona County. His work through the Department of Family Service assists clients in need of economic, medical and child care assistance, as well as child and adult protection and juvenile probation services.

His effort, as the District Manager, has lent his support to the Casper DFS office to complete the “Western Workforce Initiative”. Which was funded through a “federal grant focused on retention and recruitment in child welfare”. Upon completion of the 5 year program the Casper DFS office reports a decrease in turnover from 24% to less than 10%.

Paul, attends NCPC on a regular basis, where he contributes valuable information and insight to developing community partnerships that assist the professionals in our community with making Natrona County a healthier place to live.

The Natrona County Prevention Coalition is fortunate to have Paul as a participant. We appreciate his dedication to supporting and encouraging families to make healthier choices.
